About Karen

Karen is a proven human resources executive with more than 28 years at Honeywell Aerospace, where she has built deep industry expertise and a track record of leading HR strategy and transformation. She has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s people practices, with strengths in talent management, employee engagement, leadership development and organizational effectiveness.

Karen holds a master’s degree in human resources management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a bachelor of arts in sociology from George Mason University.​
