Monopole

Monopole antennas are vertical radiators used for omnidirectional signal transmission, commonly found in mobile devices, radios, and base stations.

A monopole antenna consists of a single conductive rod mounted perpendicularly over a ground plane. It operates as a half-dipole, radiating omnidirectionally in the horizontal plane. Its simplicity and efficiency make it ideal for mobile and broadcast applications.
